This development was inspired by his desire to change centuries-long laboratory-based solutions for engineering challenges that required real-time and onsite information for rapid decision-making. Consequently, after his Ph.D., he founded RAB-Microfluidics to productise and commercialise this potentially disruptive invention.

RAB-Microfluidics is a research and development company developing cutting-edge microfluidic technology to solve oil analysis problems. Their innovation is driven by the needs of customers in oil and gas, aerospace and defence, processing and manufacturing, power generation, transport and maritime industries.
