Welcome to Deal Lite

1. Company Page

Company Page consists of four Apps, these being:

Company Selection.
Company Funding History.
Companies House.
Google Map.

When a Company is selected, the Company Page displays Company information, funding history, Companies House information and the location of the Company.

Use case: Show me details of the company selected.

2. Investor Page

Investor Page consists of four Apps, these being:

Company Selection.
Company Funding History.
Investor Selection.
Business Angel Selection.

When a Company is selected, the Investor Page displays Company information, funding history, Investor and Business Angel details.

Use case: Show me investors backing the selected company.

3. Deal Page

Deal Page consists of four Apps, these being:

Deal Analysis.
Company Selection.
Companies House.
Company Funding History.

When a Deal is selected, Deal Page displays Company information and the funding history with external data coming from the Companies House.

Use case: Show me deals happened over a selected period and let me find more details about the company I selected.

4. List Page

List Page consists of four Apps, these being:

Filter Companies.
Company Selection.
Company Funding History.
Companies House.

Select the criteria for filtering Companies. Once a company is selected from the filtered list, List Page displays company details, funding history and Companies House date.

Use case: Let me filter companies and then show me details of the selected company from the filtered list.

5. Lists Page

Lists Page consists of Filter Companies App repeated four times.

This allows you to configure the Page with your selections so that the next time you visit it, it will display the prior selection.

Use case: Let me compare lists of companies based on my selection criteria, e.g. compare PropTech vs MarketPlaces or Series A vs Series B Companies.
