1. Peter Bredthauer – PRODA (Seed)
Peter is the Co-founder and CEO of PRODA, which recently secured Seed investment from ING Ventures.
Peter has spent his entire career in real estate investment and asset management. He worked across several European jurisdictions and property types on deals with core-plus to opportunistic investment profiles. During this time, Peter experienced first-hand the time- and resource-intensive data management practices that currently prevail in the industry and became motivated to make a change, which led to PRODA.
PRODA’s software automatically captures, standardises and quality checks the rent roll data used within the institutional real estate market. The company’s goal is to empower real estate professionals to quickly gain actionable insights from their data and to facilitate the use of technology within the industry.
2. David Holden-White – techspert.io (Series A Follow On)
David is the Co-founder and CEO at techspert.io, which secured £8.8 million Series A Follow On investment from BGF and Nauta Capital.
David is a biotech patent attorney and worked in corporate development for a diagnostics start-up in Cambridge. It was while doing market research at that firm where the need for better access to expert insights became clear. So, he teamed up with Graham and Hari to build a platform to transform the way knowledge is transferred between people and businesses globally.
Techspert.io maps and predicts expertise across over 200 million experts worldwide, using a knowledge graph covering millions of expertise areas. This enables businesses to access expert insight more rapidly, precisely, and conveniently than ever, whether they need to understand the treatment landscape for a rare disease or the latest application of drones in agriculture.
3. Sam Showering – EzTenda (Pre-Seed)
Sam is the Founder and CEO at EzTenda, which secures £500k Pre-Seed investment from Angel investors and Harwood Capital.
Sam spent his early twenties as a Sales Manager at Brothers Cider and Fever-tree, negotiating listing deals with hospitality venues across the country. Since 2015, he has been the Managing Director and Founder of the multi award-winning drinks brand Pedrino Spritz. Sam has used his experience and pedigree in the drinks industry to surround himself with other like minded industry experts to form the EzTenda team.
EzTenda will offer small and new drinks brands (bidders) an even break and a chance to compete by connecting them to hospitality venues, who will be offered the chance to navigate bids from thousands of prospective suppliers.
