1. Oshoma Zekeri – Vendoir (Pre-Seed)

Oshoma is the Co-founder and CEO of Vendoir, which recently secured £163K Pre-Seed investment via Crowdcube.

Oshoma has vast knowledge and experience in Occupational health and safety, environment and quality management, and Risk assessment. He has work experience in the Financial Services industry, Construction Industry, Production and Manufacturing industry, Telecommunication, Oil and Gas, and Renewable Energy Industry. In 2016, Oshoma and his co-founders faced the difficulty of finding vendors that matched their requirements for their events and thought of coming up with a solution, which led to Vendoir in 2020.

Vendoir app will enable customers to search for vendors for their events based on location, budget, dates and book instantly with a few taps. This will also provide vendors with full control of their rates and earnings, growing their business in a much more efficient way.

2. Jimmy Williams – Urban Jungle (Series A Follow On)

Jimmy is the CEO and Co-founder of Urban Jungle, which recently secured £8 million Series A Follow On investment from investors including Mundi Ventures and Eka Ventures.

Jimmy’s background is in consulting, where he worked with various insurers, tech providers in financial services, and price comparison sites, as a Principal at OC&C. He also worked in various other parts of retail, media and B2C tech, which allowed him to see just how far insurance is behind the curve. He founded Urban Jungle with Greg in 2016 after being frustrated with how hard insurance is to buy, how expensive it is, and how difficult it is to make a claim.

Urban Jungle is an insurance challenger, helping young people get cheaper, better suited home insurance. Urban Jungle’s cover provides cover for phones, bikes, furniture, and even the house itself on one comprehensive plan.

3. Benas Baltramiejūnas – Halo (Pre-Seed)

Benas is the Co-founder and CEO of Halo, which secured £1.25 million Pre-Seed investment from angel investors and the European Commission.

Benas has 5+ years experience in client facing roles across sales, account planning, predictive analytics & operations at Nike EMEA. He has strong know-how in translating commercial strategies into tactics which are responsive to market trends.

Halo is a tenant engagement platform that makes renting faster and easier. For tenants, the Halo Tenant App makes renting pain- and paper-free. It provides all the digital rental experiences they expect, from signing on the dotted line to finding the best insurance, broadband, utility deals and other services.

4. Tushar Chhabra – CRON AI (Series A)

Tushar is the Co-founder and CEO at CRON AI, which secured £2.83 million Series A investment led by VenturEast and Kitaki Ventures.

Tushar started his entrepreneurial career at a very young age. He was a Director at Chanakya Strategic solutions Pvt. Ltd. which provided expertise in bridging the gap between conventional politics with analytics and technology. He realized the importance of automation after spending six months at the border front and with this idea, he went on to start CRON Systems which has now developed breakthrough products in perimeter security that can be customized according to the terrain and end-user requirements.

Cron AI is developing a disruptive 3D sensor data adaptive edge-processing platform, creating an enabling foundation for next-generation applications across autonomous vehicles, mobility, Intelligent transport infrastructure, smart spaces, automation and security.
