1. Terry Canning – Cattle Eye (Seed)

Terry is the CEO of Cattle Eye, which recently secured £1.8 million Seed investment led by Techstart Ventures.

Terry worked for over 9 years in Software Architect/Management roles for various telecommunications companies. His primary role was managing a number of datacomms related projects. In 2004 he founded FarmWizard, a cloud based software product which allowed livestock farmers to easily maintain legislative and performance records. 

Cattle Eye provides the next generation of ruminant livestock monitoring solutions improving the lives of farmers and their livestock. It is the first autonomous livestock monitoring system for ruminant livestock based on video analytics powered by deep learning Artificial Intelligence.

2. Matthew Scullion – Matillion (Series E)

Matthew is the Founder and CEO of Matillion, which recently secured £108.45 million Series E investment led by General Atlantic.

Matthew co-founded his first startup at age 18. Before starting Matillion in 2011, Matthew worked in commercial IT and software development for 15 years at a number of British and European systems integrators such as Real Solutions and Imtech ICT.

Matillion provides an instant-on experience to get you up and running in just a few clicks, a pay-as-you-go billing model to cut out lengthy procurement processes, and an intuitive user interface to minimize technical pain and speed up time to results.

3. Helen McGuire – Diversely (Pre-Seed)

Helen is the Co-founder and CEO at Diversely, which secured £401k secures Pre-Seed investment.

Helen is a two-time founder with a background in Digital, Comms and D&I and she was the Digital & Live Content Producer at BBC for over 8 years. Helen first founded the women’s careers platform, Hopscotch, in 2015 in the Middle East. Experiencing frustration with the lack of impact of its in-person business model, she subsequently set up Diversely in 2020 with her co-founder.

Diversely provides bias-free hiring tools and analytics that help businesses reach more diverse candidates quickly, easily and cost-effectively. It operates on a subscription basis for businesses globally, helping them increase their reach and assess, track and improve their diversity through AI driven tools.

4. Ralph Rogge – Crezco (Seed)

Ralph is the Co-founder and CEO at Crezco, which secured £3 million Seed investment from angel investors.

Ralph has strong knowledge in Credit analysis, Asset management and Economics and has previously led management roles at Rogge Global Partners, Allianz Global Investors and was the COO at YouLend. Ralph and Igor co-founded Crezco in 2019, to help businesses leverage open banking with ease.

Crezco is an open banking payment solution designed to make B2B invoice payments as convenient as B2C card payments without the costs collected by companies like Visa and MasterCard. Crezco provides instant, innovative payment solutions for free and eliminates unnecessary costs and friction.
