1. Tom Mason – Bramble Energy (Series B)
Tom is the Co-founder and CEO of Bramble Energy, which recently secured £35 million Series B investment led by HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc.
Tom has over 10 years of electrochemistry experience, Tom is the foremost authority and a recognised world expert on all things PCBFC™. Tom led the engineering and manufacturing development of the innovative PCBFC™ as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. As a co-founder of Bramble Energy, he joined as a Director/CTO when the company spun-out of UCL and Imperial College.
Bramble Energy is powering a net zero world – today – and is proving to be a real game changer in solving key challenges in the production of hydrogen fuel cells including: lead times, up-front investment, manufacturing cost and scalability.
2. Chuck Teixeira – WCKD RZR (Pre-Seed)
Chuck is the Founder and CEO of WCKD RZR, which recently secured £920k Pre-Seed investment from angel investors.
Chuck was the Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Transformation for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC. He has also held several executive roles as: a member of the EMEA Corporate Client Solutions, the Global COO at Barclays, COO Equities Americas at Nomura and the CAO at Lehman Brothers.
WCKD RZR is an enterprise software firm focused on delivering intelligent automated Data Enablement solutions. WCKD RZR’s mission is to unlock the potential of the world’s data.
3. Luca Schnettler – Qumata (Series A Follow On)
Luca is the Founder and CEO of Qumata, which recently secured Series A Follow On investment from investors including MMC Ventures.
Luca has held several internships with MUFG and the German state parliament prior to Qumata. He and his co-founder built the company in 2017, to transform insurance underwriting needing a faster way to access individual health forecasts with higher accuracy.
Qumata Group (formerly known as Healthy Health) uses digital data to calculate the risk of diagnosis for over 800 conditions, along with Extra Mortalities and Morbidities, saving applicants hours filling out long questionnaires or visiting the doctor.
